Has anyone had experience with using partitioning software (such as PartitionMagic) with RAID 0? Powerquest says they only support RAID 5. I don't know what RAID 5 is. To the best of my knowledge, it seems that, until now, only the classical three-way partitioning (with a single pivot) for quicksort has been fully studied in detail (JON L. BENTLEY and M. One word of caution, if you do decide to use a third party partition software program, stick with it. I used fdisk after Partition Commander was installed, when moving the drive to a new computer, and it really fcked up the MBR, unusable. It is a nice Quantum drive, I still have it, so if anyone has any ideas !
